CMS released QSO 22-07-All, which outlines the mandatory components of healthcare organization's Covid-19 Policies/Procedures and Protocols that will be reviewed during all Regulatory and Deemed Status Accreditation Surveys. Surveyors will begin surveying to these requirements on January 27, 2022.
