New Decade, New Leadership!

We are excited to introduce Sandeep Goel as the new President and owner of Courtemanche & Associates, a SAYAS Alliance, Inc. company, based in Conroe, Texas. With more than 25 years of business leadership and quality management experience across multiple industries, Sandeep has been a strong advocate for advancing environmental, health and safety performance by embedding these into an organization’s foundation and culture.

Over his career, Sandeep has led quality improvement programs focused on policies, standards, and processes. He has worked closely with many organizations to launch new products and services ensuring regulatory compliance. He has formed partnerships to increase industry awareness by sharing best practices through speaking events, webinars, and newsletter publications. Most recently, he was an active board member for a nationally recognized association that develops accreditation and certification guidelines.

Sandeep has dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Engineering along with a minor in Psychology. He also has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with a concentration in Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Organizational Behavior.
